The Obama-lusion

Tonight at the climax of the Democratic Convention, presidential nominee "The Messiah" Barack Obama’s appearance was quite the Illusion. The presentation had to be made to the American people tonight for promoting the perception that this “empty suit” Leftist, Radical Socialist, Christian Apostate is indeed Presidential and that he has all the wisdom and solutions for curing America’s ills. Now that the presidential election is at hand, the majority of Americans are now starting to pay attention. The passive and apathetic audience of millions who’ve been mostly oblivious to Obama’s record and history until now are ripe for the picking. The narcissistic heart and subjective mind governed by fear is now ready for someone to tell them all the things they’ve been waiting to hear. Many are looking for answers to the real - and imaginary - problems in their lives and relief from the consequences and out-workings of this fallen world. The scapegoat they need to blame for their frustrations has been provided (i.e., GWB). The soil is just right to have the seed of deception planted. The Leftist Mainstream Media, the Red DNC and Obama know this and have seized the moment.

Catchy little phrases and platitudes without substance have been spouted forth before, but tonight Obama was able to reinforce these platitudes and half-truths by playing on the heart-strings of millions of people with rock concert hype and a sensual, hypnotic appeal of deception. As Obama's image was displayed between the Temple Pillars, he delivered his message. His mantra is, “I will bring Change and Hope.” Change and a False Hope is what he will bring indeed. The very foundation of our American heritage is at stake. The "Change" of which Obama speaks is to create a Leftist, Godless, Socialistic America. Tonight Obama's speech was well delivered and presented. To paraphrase one of Jesus’ statements: “You will know them by their fruits” (see Matthew 7:20). Obama's Radical leftist, socialistic ideology and actions contradict the very ideas and platitudes which were spoken of tonight. What Amazing Deception! Obama is a prototype of One whose coming has been foretold in the Bible. A Man in Europe will soon come onto the World scene who will offer global change. He will seek to change the times and the seasons, but this will work only to the demise of the Whole World (Daniel 7:25).

Here is a Warning! Do Not be Deceived!

There are a number of Bible references that speak of this man (Daniel 7:20-21, 24-27; 8:23-25; 9:26; Revelation 13). He will perform lying wonders using “smoke and mirrors,” political fanfare and a Satanic Media pushing his Godless, Global agenda of world dominance. The “field” of the hearts of the whole world at that time will be totally ripe for the harvest, and he will deceive the whole world! When Satan's Master Minion and Politician (i.e., The Anti-Christ) reaches the apex of the world stage, he will reveal and declare to the whole world “with all deceivableness of unrighteousness” that he is God of all (see 2 Thessalonians 2:10). This declaration of utmost blasphemy and highest insanity will be received by millions. This event will occur in no other place than in the Holy Temple that will be built on Mount Jerusalem, which is coming up in the near future. This event is called The Abomination of Desolation (see Matthew 24:15), and will lead directly to the great climactic battle of Armageddon. This Great Showdown – ultimately between Satan and God – involves Satan’s rebellious host (demons) and multitudes of rebellious humans who will seek to destroy God and make war with The Savior of the World (Revelation 19:11-21).

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved (2 Thessalonians 2:3-10).

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened (Matthew 24:15-22).

But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment. For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things (Mark 13:14-23).

As the day grows darker and more Godless by the hour, God's Word burns as a burning fire in the night to light our way and guide us until the Lord Jesus Christ comes to establish His Kingdom here on Earth. In these days of ever growing deception from both political parties - one even more so than the other (i.e, “the Left”) - there is great hope and expectation for those who know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, put your trust in Him. He will truly bring about the "Change" that you need to enter into Heaven and into the Presence of Almighty God! Remember, You will know them by their fruits. Don’t be deceived.

The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand! Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
