The point being, I suppos...Sorry for the 2nd post.<br /><br />The point being, I suppose, we as conservatives, wishing to return the Nation to its Constitutional Federalist roots, must take care lionizing exactly that which we do not want.<br /><br />Electing a "Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush, Bush" is a slower, but just as sure as Obama, way to achieve European socialism. Reagan was a neo-con, a democrat who switched parties, because he didn't agree with the way the left would fight the Cold War. And while we can argue the particulars, one of Reagan's first acts after leaving office was to lend his support to the egregious "Brady Bill".
