SONG DEVOTIONAL
Beloved, our Heavenly Father never intended His children to live weighed down by the cares and troubles of this fallen last days world. Instead, He calls us to lift our hearts and minds by faith on High to our risen Savior, Who is seated at the right hand of Almighty God the Father (Psalm 110:1, Eph. 2:6, Col. 3:1-4), and to set our all our hope and expectations on all of His ETERNAL and established precious promises found within His Holy Word (John 17:17, Eph. 1, Colossians 3:1–4).
As an eagle soars high above the storm by just spreading its wings, the child of God learns to rise far above all fear, doubt, and discouragement by simple childlike faith in their ETERNAL Rock, Foundation, and Faithful Shepherd (Heb. 11:6). We do not ever rise by our own strength or by our own efforts, but beloved, by trusting our Heavenly Father's Word and resting in His ETERNAL faithful care. It is He that leads, provides, and leads us through the valley of the shadow of death. It is He in His kindness that allows us to soar over all calamity and strife, or when the worst is yet to be, because we find our hope in Him and know that He is always with us (Isa. 26:3, Phil. 4:6-7).
Beloved, as we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, His peace steadies our hearts and His truth becomes our weapon against fear, temptation, and the lies of the enemy. Our Heavenly Father reminds us that our true life is hidden with Christ, and one day we will appear with Him in glory.
No matter what we face today, we can live with an ETERNAL perspective rooted in Almighty God. Our Faithful Shepherd is always faithfully leading us through Death's dark valleys, strengthening us, and carrying us by His grace until the day we see Him face to face and are with Him FOREVERMORE.

REFLECTION QUESTIONS
Am I looking at my circumstances or at my risen ETERNAL Savior?
How can I keep my heart and mind focused on Almighty God's ETERNAL promises today?
What fear or burden do I need to place into my Heavenly Father's hands and surrender it fully?
PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for giving me ETERNAL hope that reaches beyond this temporal fallen world. Please help me to keep my eyes fixed on my precious Jesus and to live with a biblical ETERNAL perspective.
When fear, sorrow, or discouragement comes, please graciously remind me that my life is hidden with Christ and that You are always faithfully working in me. Teach me to trust Your promises, stand upon Your Word, and walk by faith each day until I am with You.
Strengthen me through Your Holy Spirit to rise far above the horrific storms of life, knowing that You are always with me and that Your grace is always sufficient. May my life reflect the hope, peace, and joy that are found only in Jesus Christ.
I ask these things in the precious name of Jesus. Even so come. Amen.
