Our National Debt

A TRILLION dollars is difficult to comprehend. A million seconds is 13 days. If you have lived 32 years, then you have lived a billion seconds. But to live a TRILLION seconds, you would have to live to the ripe old age of 31,688 years! Outside on a clear night, according to astronomers, you can see about two thousand stars with the naked eye. With $1 TRILLION, you could buy all of those stars at the enormous cost of $500 million for each star.

 If every American were to pay off our national debt, each would have to contribute $50,888.

Suppose a brand new Porsche costs $88,800, a luxury car only the very wealthy can afford. But with a TRILLION dollars, you could give a set of keys to every graduating high school student in the country— for the next four years! And remember, our staggering national debt is not one TRILLION dollars, it is more than 16 times that! If every person in the world (7 billion) were to pay off our national debt by contributing an equal amount, each person would have to contribute more than $2,200. And yet, why should the world pay America’s debt? If every American were to pay off our national debt, each would have to contribute $50,888.

If our nation continues to add to this debt we are headed for a sure financial catastrophe and collapse. This is very serious! Something must be done to curb such massive spending by our out-of-control government. It is a debt we can never repay.

Our Personal Debt

As individuals before a holy God, we also have an enormous debt that we can never pay. We have failed to meet our obligations to God: "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God...There is none righteous, no, not one" (Rom. 3:23; 3:10). We have failed to love God supremely and we have failed to love our neighbor. Jesus said, "None of you keepeth the law" (John 7:19). Because of our life of sin we have earned for ourselves the death penalty (separation from God): "The wages of sin is death" (Rom. 6:23). In and of ourselves there is no way to remedy our lost condition, but God has a solution!

The Lord sent His beloved Son into this world to pay our debt and to suffer the death penalty in our place!

"For Christ hath once suffered for sins, the Just (the righteous One) for the unjust (the unrighteous ones) that He might bring us to God" (1 Pet. 3:18). Have you realized the seriousness of your own heart’s condition and have you personally received Jesus Christ as your Saviour? "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons (children) of God, even to them that believe on His Name" (John 1:12). Christ came to pay a debt He did not owe because we owed a debt we could not pay. He took your sins so that you could receive His righteousness: "For He (God) hath made Him (Christ) to be sin for us, Who (Christ) knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him" (2 Cor. 5:21). Believe on Him today!

As we see our nation falling into the lawless and immoral abyss, amazingly many are wondering how these things can be? They are all pointing fingers but who is truly the engine and one behind the controls of this madness which is sweeping our land and world? The key to comprehending the day and hour in which we live is to see things from Almighty God’s HEAVENLY and ETERNAL perspective (John 17:17, Eph. 6:12, Col. 3:1-2). The world in which we live in is governed by a highly fallen intelligent order of supernatural beings that have been expelled and sentenced to Almighty God’s ETERNAL prison called the Lake of Fire (Matt 25:41, Rev, 20:10).

Lucifer (Satan) knows if he can destroy the American family unit that he can put out the Gospel light that has shined forth so mightily from this nation like none other before it.

Planet earth has become a great battlefield between the fallen angelic host in which humanity has followed suite after Lucifer and his angelic hordes (Matt 25:41, Rev. 20:10-15) Lucifer (Satan) - the god of this fallen and cursed world (2 Cor. 4:3-4, Eph. 2:1-3) - knows if he can destroy the American family unit that he can put out the Gospel light that has shined forth mightily from this nation like none other before it. Once these ends are achieved, nothing will stop Satan from his vain grand design, the global reign and worship of himself under his Anti Christ (2 Thess. 2:3-12, Rev. 13).

The key to comprehending the day and hour in which we live is to see things from Almighty God’s HEAVENLY and ETERNAL perspective.

As these days and hours rapidly come to a grand conclusion and we see the exponential evaporation of moral absolutes right before our very eyes – the chief of these being rejection of the Divine institute of marriage - remember what God has stated must be! All things are headed to the world’s final war against its Creator at Armageddon! (Palm 2, Rev. 16:13-16)

The chief question one must ask themselves in this every changing social climate is, “Do I have a personal saving relationship to my CREATOR as the Bible – God’s infallible Word - clearly teaches (John 4:24, Act 4:12)?

As America and this world heads into the Day of the Lord, may you be sure that you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior! He indeed is our ONLY hope!

The liars of Liars Inc have manufactured and exalted a false perception of this nation, its founding and of late Barak Obama to the American people in every conceivable way since 2000. For more detailed information about this truth I would like to encourage all to read David Limbaugh’s book “The Great Destroyer” in which David goes into great detail about President Obama’s presidency and his Marxist agenda and deception. This book gives great insightful details and countless references - not perversions and false truths – throughout the whole book as to who and what Barak Obama is truly about. Is it any wonder that the Libya terrorist attack on our U.S. embassy was covered up, reshaped, twisted, distorted and lied about since day one. There is nothing sacred to this bunch except absolute power and holding on to it. All is expendable and on the alter when it comes to this truth. Remember when President Geo. W Bush was the commander and chief after 9/11? Remember how the Lefts war machine at every chance sabotage our president's efforts, nation's security and our soldiers safety time and time again just to regain their power in Washington. I am still spell bound by this. It was under President Bush's presidency that the Left came out of the LAWLESS closet lock, stock and barrel and revealed themselves to all who exactly they were, yet the buffoons of American voted them into power in the 2006 elections and we as a nation have and will NEVER recover.

Who does this sound like (John 8:44)? Tyranny to the Left is the enforcement and personal adherence to REALITY and the application of ETERNAL spiritual absolutes and physical moral absolutes which have governed this world since the creation (Gen. 1:31, Psalm 19:8-9, Isa. 32:17). These lawless ones ever seek to exist outside of these established absolutes instilled by Almighty God they willfully choose to continually to violate these established absolutes (moral and spiritual) they reap the catastrophic consequences of their own lawless doings (Isa. 5:20, 57:21, Hosea 4:6, Gal. 6:7). These NEVER hold themselves accountable or responsible for their self induced actions and because of their blindness and subjective heart and mind they have to have a scapegoat to blame for their self induced consequences. These have manufactured defensive bulwarks to protect and insulate themselves from their guilty consciences and from reality and truth (John 3:19-21). These manufactured bulwarks created by the Left are called political correctness, moral relativism and pluralism. Along with these bulwarks they use the artillery of slander to defend, demonize and destroy their enemies with such accusations as bigot, hater, homophobe, idiot, stupid, racist, greedy, self righteous, Halliburton, Bush, Wall Street, Jesus freak, holier than thou, Bible thumper and any violent profane word or phrases that bleep when they are used on TV or Radio (John 8:44).

They abhor with their entire being any who believe in spiritual and moral absolutes and the ETERNAL LIGHT of reality.

My dear friends in a world full of darkness where reality, moral absolutes and ETERNAL spiritual absolutes are despised and rejected by man made spiritual ideologies (i.e., religion) and political ideologies (i.e., conservatives, liberals, progressive and moderates etc), deception is rampant and humanity because of error, unbelief and lawlessness are enslaved by the god of this world and are prisoners to his diabolical will (2 Cor. 4:2-4, Eph. 2:1-2, 6:12). No wonder it is so easy to lie today and deceive and bamboozle the masses with false promises, dreams, hopes and admirations for the majority of Americans and the world are totally open to this deception and exist in this delusion and receive it as normal (Isa. 5:20). The Day of Darkness and global tribulation is at our very door my dear friends and nothing is going to stop that Day from coming (1 Thess. 5:3, Rev. 6-19).
 

Our nation, as a whole is headed down that road and we as an American people have Liars Inc and the abandoners of reality and moral absolutes to thank for our nation’s rapid decline as the global restraining power. Once America fully gives way and implodes upon itself due to the vigilant efforts of godlessness and secular lawlessness provided by the BIG Government Corporation of Liars Inc what will ever contain the world’s aggression and lawlessness. Absolutely nothing! Absolutely nothing! It will be only global tribulation (Rev. 6-19). Let’s take a look at who makes up the secular corporation called Liars Inc.

The Democratic Leadership

The Democratic leadership is the ruling class of Liars Inc and is made up of lawless secular Marxist progressives who despise our American constitution and all that our Founding Fathers stood for. Their one passion is absolute power and control. Their elitist vision is to put ALL (Democrats and Republicans, conservatives and liberals) under their thumb so they can establish themselves as the monarchy and establish a completely secular state where God is left out and man reigns supreme. The goal and motivation of these is to reach a delusional utopia in which they can reap the wages of lawlessness and finally find temporal fulfillment.

The Mainstream Media

The Mainstream Media are the lying propagandist of Liars Inc and slavishly do the work for the Left’s “state corporation” via newspapers, publications, radio, the movie industry, Hollywood, the music industry, TV and TV images. They provide for the Left with talking points, slander, accusations, character assassination, victim status, false perceptions, agitation, cover, protection and demonization of any who threaten their statist corporation’s (Liars Inc) existence. They are passionate about their calling and lawless and destructive in their deeds. The MSM are the greatest asset to Lairs Inc and have great power and persuasion in deceiving the American masses. They are masters of clouding reality and established truth based on the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. They are indeed disciples of their father and are crucial to Liars Inc’s protection and existence (John 8:44).

The Moderates

The Moderates are made up of centrist Republicans, Independents and Democrats. They are liberal on many social issues but have a somewhat conservative view of fiscal polices. They themselves are minor socialists even though they do not know it and are spineless when it comes to standing for anything of absolute value. They adhere to moral and religious relativism, which gives them their lack of confidence when voting or making any sound decisions. These serve as the timid sword of Liars Inc and when intimidated will side with the liars of Liars Inc in the name of “compromise”. All of these fools compromises throughout the years have led us to the very precipice that we find ourselves on as a nation. Without these cowards help the liars of Liar Inc would NEVER be where they are today.

The followers of Liars Inc are the tragic victims of this evil corporation; oppressed and enslaved; whose sole purpose is to serve their task masters without question. They are misguided individuals who have given themselves over to their emotions, fallen senses, lawlessness, godlessness and self imposed victim status. They are addicted to the state, union control, godless and very angry because of their self imposed lawless behavior. They have been ravished by the Liars Inc CEO and taskmasters and are sheep and storm troopers for the elite Left to use to intimidate and insight fear into the enemies of Liars Inc. Only Jesus Christ has the solution for our ETERNAL future and may I say that the Left and the Right today in America are absolutely bankrupt for providing our desperate need for RIGHTEOUSNESS (Jer. 17:5). Only Almighty God can do that for a son of Adam in the Person and Work of His dear Son, the Lord Jesus Christ (Rom. 10:2-4, 1 John 2:2).

Christ came to SET YOU FREE and to GIVE you ETERNAL LIFE! The choice is yours my dear friend, Demonic kool-aid or springs of ETERNAL Living Water.

Do you know the Savior today? My dear friend, stop following all the spiritual and immoral liars of the world today and stop deceiving yourself! A Personal Question for a Son of Israel - Where is Your Atonement?

In light of the Day of Atonement

My beloved Jewish friend, may I ask you these very personal questions?

Where is YOUR atonement for your transgressions against the Holy Law of Almighty G-d (Lev. 17:11, Isa. 53)?

Where is YOUR sin-offering for your cleansing of transgressions against the Holy Law of Almighty G-d (Lev. 4, 17:11, Isa. 53)?

Where is YOUR lamb to offer in your place for your transgressions (Lev. 17:11, Isa. 53)?

Where is YOUR propitiation that FULLY satisfies the PERFECT RIGHTEOUS DEMANDS OF THE HOLY LAW OF G-D (Isa. 53:10-11, Zech. 12:8-14)?

Have you PERFECTLY kept the LAW of Moses with your whole HEART, SOUL and MIND (Deut. 6:5)?

My dear Jewish friend, ALL (Jew and Gentile) crucially need Almighty God's FULL SATISFYING propitiation which all the lambs of sacrifice pointed to but could NEVER take away (Ps. 40:6-8, Isa. 40:16). ETERNAL redemption is ONLY found in the PERFECT life, death and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel, the Branch of RIGHTEOUSNESS (Psalm 110:1, Isa 9:6-7, 53, Jer. 33:15, Zech. 12:10). The Messiah was born of the seed of woman and of the line of Abraham (Gen. 3:15, 12:3, Isa. 7:14, 9:6-7, Micah 5:2). He laid down His life and shed His Blood for the transgressions of the world and was rejected by both Jew and Gentile (Isa. 53:1-10, Dan. 9:26, Zech. 12:10). He was buried (Ps. 16:10, Isa 53:9) and triumphantly AROSE from the dead for our justification and now sits at the RIGHT HAND of ALMIGHTY G-D in Heaven (Psalm 16:10,110:1, Isa. 52:13, 53:12, 9:6-7). He will come again to redeem Israel and will establish His Kingdom from Israel (Psalm 110:1, Isa. 11:1-10, Dan. 2:44-45, 7:13-14, Micah 4:1-4, Zech. 12-14).

ETERNAL redemption is ONLY found in the PERFECT life, death and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel, the Branch of RIGHTEOUSNESS.

It is our sincere desire that you would come to know the Messiah of Israel and let the Word of the Lord open your eyes and heart to the realities of time and ETERNITY. Tragically Israel's WORST DAYS are not very far away (Jer. 30:4-9, Zech 13:7-9, 14:1-4) and tragically they will NOT listen to Moses and Elijah who Almighty God will send to them in that Day (Ezek. 39:26, Mal. 4, Rev. 11:3-12). After a great and decisive victory over Israel's border enemies Israel will achieve a temporal peace and will become very prosperous (Ezek. 38:8). It will be at this time that Israel will enter into a treaty with a man on behalf of their defeated enemies for seven years (Dan. 9:27, Rev. 6:1-2). In the middle of that treaty - as the world is undergoing great war, pestilence and famine (Rev. 6-9) - this man will break His covenant with Israel (Dan. 7, Rev. 11:7, 13) and he will lead the world to FULLY seek to eradicate Israel from being a people (Deut. 4:30, Dan. 12, Jer. 30:4-7, Zech. 13:8-9, Rev. 12). It will take this GREAT TRIBULATION AND THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON that will case Israel to FINALLY cry out to the LORD as He returns from Heaven's glory and they will greatly repent and be mightily converted (Isa. 63:1-4, 66:7-9, Zech. 12:1-4, :8-14, 13:1-2,6, 14:1-4, Rev. 1:7, 19:11-21).

It will FINALLY take this GREAT TRIBULATION AND THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON that Israel will FINALLY cry out to the Lord as He returns from Heaven's glory and the will greatly repent and be mightily converted.

We are not far away from these days. My dear Jewish friend may you have an ear to hear today The Gospel call of the Messiah of Israel. May you by faith ask Almighty G-d to reveal to you through His Holy Word the Messiah of Israel and may you receive Him as your Lord and Savior (Ps.110:1, Isa. 53).

Have You Kept the 10 Commandments Perfectly?

The Two Witnesses and the Fulfillment of the Day of Atonement

My dear friends it is held by many Jewish and gentile believers that the Rapture of the Church will takeplace on a future Feast of Rosh Hashanah. This position does not at all contradict the Holy Scripture since the Feasts of Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Pentecost all had major prophetic events including the mystery of the church fulfilled on their Feasts Days (Isa. 53, Acts 2, 1 Cor. 5:7,15:23).

When the Rapture is fulfilled oneday on the Feast of Rosh Hashanah then 10 days later on the Day of Atonement - when the nation of Israel is to greatly afflict their souls before the Lord - Israel will then be met with Two of Israel’s most mighty men of old dressed in  sackcloth (Rev. 11:3).

My dear friends I have been absolutely blown away as I have looked more and more into the ministry of theTwo Witnesses of Revelation. They are the most neglected individuals of Biblical prophecy today and because of this many are led astray with false prophetic teachings of end time events. We here at the IFB have gone into great depth of who these two individuals are and what their future ministry will be (Rev.11:3-12). These Two mighty men of old will have all eyes on them for the first 3 ½ years of the 7 year tribulation period as the gentile world spins EXPONENTIALLY out of control at the hands of the Four Horsemen. The world willexperience EXPONENTIAL supernatural catastrophic events on the creation,demonic global dominance and tyranny and the Quad Demonic War (Rev. 6-9). Itwill be during this time of EXPONENTIAL global catastrophe that Israel will dwell in absolute security and safety (Ezek. 38:8-14). How can this be? We shall see!

These Two mighty men of old will have all eyes on them for the first 3 ½ years of the 7 year tribulation period as the gentile world spins EXPONENTIALLY out of control.

It will be after this amazing event called the Rapture of the Church that the world - in particularly America - will be absolutely shocked by the mass disappearance of believers in every walk of society. This shock will be very short lived as global events and war will lead into a covenant which a man from Europe will lend his political weight on behalf of the greatly defeated enemies of Israel with a supervictorious Israel (Ezek. 38: 8-14, Dan. 9:27, Rev. 6:1-2). This covenant is established with Israel as the dominant power behind it and the newly revealed anti Christ as the weaker; for his time has not yet come to dominate the world. He will have to patiently wait 3 ½ more years for his lawless hour (Rev. 11:3-12, Rev. 13).

It will be on this day - the day that the covenant is established (Dan. 9:26-27, Rev. 6:1-2) - that the Two Witnesses will begin their ministry to Israel and to the world dressed in sackcloth (Rev. 11:3). My dear friend there can NEVER be any lasting peace for humanity or the Jew until Almighty God’s Law and Messiah is placed in the heart of man (Isa. 53:3-5, John 1:12, Eph. 2:14, Col 1:27, 3:3). If we can see that REALITY then we will NEVER have any problems with the delusions that the world seeks to promote today. It is our position that the covenant with Israel by the Anti Christ will take place on… the Day of Atonement and it is also our position that the Two Witnesses will begin their 3 ½ year ministry on this date also. The key to this position is to see the Holy Scriptures through the eyes of the Jew and the fulfillment of other major prophetic events including the death, burial and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel and the establishment of the Church on the Feast Days of the Lord (Lev. 23, Matt. 5:17, Luke 24:24-49, John 5:39, Acts 2, 3:18, 28:23, 1 Cor. 15:2-4, Heb. 10:7).

My dear friend there can NEVER be any lasting peace for humanity or the Jew until Almighty God’s Law and Messiah is placed in the heart of man.

Unbelieving Israel is finally ina position now after a great decisive victory over their border enemies toestablish a delusional peace for themselves after centuries of being undergentile domination (Ezek. 38:8-14, Dan. 9:27), However in spite of their victorious exploits and the fruit thereof they are NOT at peace with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and God will use the 7 year tribulation to bring Israel to the REALITY of their dire estate and condition before Almighty God (Ezek. 39:26, Rev. 11:8). As the nation of Israel half heartedly honors the Day of Atonement as their covenant of “shalom” is established, Two Men of oldwill appear on the scene dressed in sackcloth preaching “Repent, For the Kingdom of Heaven is NOW at hand!” Much like John the Baptist did 2000 years ago in preparing the nation of Israel for Messiah’s first coming and Kingdom offer (Isa. 40:3, Matt. 3, 11:1-11, John 1:6-8, 29) and much like the WORD of ALMIGHTY God (John 1:1-14) and the Messiah of Israel did in His 3 ½ year ministry (Matt. 4:17, 10:7, 13) so will these Two Men of old (Moses and Elijah) do (Rev. 11:3-12)!    

The Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur is the most solemn and holiest of all the Feasts of the Lord (Lev.23:27-32). It is a day of repentance, of afflicting of one’s soul and seeking the Lord’s forgiveness for past national and individual transgressions. It is the day that the high priest of Israel would enter into the tabernacle or temple and make atonement for the nation of Israel . Israel has been WITHOUT a temple and a high priest since 70 AD and without an atonement or covering since the resurrection of the Messiah of Israel (Acts 2, 7). The Messiah IS the fulfillment of all things! He is the perfect Lamb, the atonement for the transgressor and the High Priest for not just Israel but for the whole world (Isa. 53, John3:16-17, Rom.10:2-4, Heb. 6:18-20, 7-9).

It will be when the Two Witnesses begin their ministry that they will be in sackcloth and their entire ministry will be that of preaching repentance unto all and the ETERNAL truths that Jesus Messiah IS the Savior of the world and the Atoning One for the transgressions of the world (Isa. 53, John 3:16-17)!

It will be that the 7 year tribulation will begin on the Day of Atonement and seven years to the day will end on the Day of Atonement. It will be when Israel is in its most desperate hour and the Anti Christ has full reign on this world that he (the man of lawlessness) will embark on his total eradication of Israel as NEVER EVER seen before in the history of the world (Zech.12-14, Rev. 12). It will be at the end of the seven year tribulation as the armies of the world seek to obliterate Israel that the Messiah will come out of the Heavens with His heavenly armies and those who are left of all Israel will see the very One they have greatly despised and rejected for the last 2000 years (Zech.12:8-14, Rev. 19:11-21)!

Zechariah states that;

“The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness. And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God. In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem. The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah. In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth (wailing)  for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. In that day shall there be a great mourning (wailing) in Jerusalem , as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon. And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart; The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart; All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.” - Zechariah. 12

My friend the Day of the Lord will end with the majority of the nation of Israel afflicting their souls in absolute repentance and they will then with all their being truly repent and receive their Messiah; the Lamb, Atonement, Savior, Redeemer, King, High Priest, Creator and Almighty God the Son (Psalm 2, 110, Isa. 9:6-8, 53,Heb. 1:1-3, 6:18-20, 7-10, Rev. 21:11-21)! Oh what a day that will be!

The Tribulation will begin with the Day of Atonement and will end with the Day of Atonement fulfilling all of Almighty God’s future kingdom promises to her!

It will be by the mighty ministry and supernatural testimony of the Two Witnesses (Moses and Elijah) that Almighty God will use these two as a Divine catalyst to bring Israel to full repentance and to the reception of their Messiah (Zech. 12:8-14,Mal. 4, Rom. 9-11)!

The Messiah in Yom Kippur

Christians know that Jesus has provided our atonement: “for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus” (Rom. 3:23-24). God presented Him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in His blood. Jesus’ death surpasses and replaces the atonement ritual of the Jewish Temple. The book of Hebrews explains the ceremonies of the Day of Atonement as a pattern of the atoning work of Christ. Jesus is our high priest, and His blood shed on Calvary is seen as symbolized in the blood of bulls and goats. As the high priest of the Old Testament entered the Holy of Holies with the blood of his sacrificial victim, so Jesus entered heaven itself to appear before the Father on behalf of His people (Heb. 9:11-12) (Killian n.d.).

The Old Testament tabernacle was designed, in part, to teach Israel that sin hindered access to the presence of God. Only the high priest, and he only once a year, could enter the Holy of Holies, and then not without taking blood offered to atone for sins (Heb. 9:7). Hebrews notes that the levitical offerings could effect only the purification of the flesh. They ceremonially cleansed the sinner, but they could not bring about inward cleansing, the prerequisite for fellowship with God. Just as the high priest had to be sinless to enter the Holy of Holies and live, so Yeshua had to be sinless to live after He entered the grave.

But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God (Heb. 9:11-14).

The high priest had to offer sin offerings each year for his own sins and the sins of the people. This annual repetition of the sacrifices served as a reminder that perfect atonement had not yet been provided. Jesus, however, through His own blood effected eternal redemption for His people (Heb. 9:12).

The Old Testament offerings served as a pattern and a prophecy of Jesus, who, through His better sacrifice, cleanses the conscience from dead works (Heb. 9:13-14). God always determined what was an acceptable offering and what was not. He finally provided His Son, the Lamb of God, as the sacrifice for the sins of the world (John 1:19; 3:16). The moment Jesus died, the veil of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom (Matt. 27:50-51). The earth quaked beneath men’s feet. This event is important because it established Jesus as being the new High Priest and Lamb of God. No longer must there be an annual sacrifice for sin on our behalf; instead, He has made payment for us once and for all. Jesus, through a new and living way has entered heaven itself, the true Holy of Holies, where He ever lives to make intercession for His people. The believer need not stand afar off, as did the Israelite of old, but may now through Christ approach the very Throne of Grace! Yes, it is now possible for each of us to have direct access to God through the blood of Yeshua HaMashiah (Jesus Christ)!

The Two Goats

After purifying the holy place and the altar of burnt offering with the mingled blood of the bullock, the High Priest went to the eastern side of the court in front of the Temple. Facing him were two identical goats. Nearby was a lottery box especially designed for this ceremony. In the box were two tablets (lots). One bore the name “For God,” the other “For azazel” (the scapegoat). The high priest shook the box and withdrew the tablets, putting one tablet in front of each goat. The goat labeled “for God” was sacrificed. The priest laid his hands upon the goat’s head labeled “for azazel” and confessed over it the sins of Israel. The scapegoat symbolically bore the sins of the nation of Israel away from the people. This goat, commonly called the scapegoat (i.e. escape goat), was then driven into the desert.In the same way Jesus was brought before Pilate and stood before the people just as He was about to be led forth, bearing the iniquities of the people. These two goats were required for one sacrifice (Lev 16:17, 21-22). Both sacrifices were fulfilled in the death and resurrection of Messiah Yeshua. How can resurrection be portrayed in a sacrifice? By using two animals, one killed, the other set free, representing Jesus’ death and resurrection. And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat. And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD’S lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering. But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness (Lev. 16:7-10).

And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about. And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness (Lev. 16:18, 22).

Tradition states that a cord of red wool was tied on the horn of the scapegoat, before it was let go in the wilderness. When the red wool turned white, it was a sign that God forgave the people’s sin. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool (Isa. 1:18).

The Priests used to bind a shining crimson strip of cloth on the outside door of the Temple. If the strip of cloth turned into the white color, they would rejoice; if it did not turn white they were full of sorrow and shame (Tractate Yoma 67a). Jewish literature explains the Shekhina glory of God left the Temple forty years prior to its destruction. Three signs occurred to show evidence of this:

1.) The western candle of the menorah refused to burn continually.

2.) The doors of the Temple would open of themselves.

3.) The red wool no longer turned white supernaturally.

.

This is especially significant because it indicated that God was no longer forgiving the sins of His people. The people were sorrowful because they began to realize more and more that the sacrifice of Yom Kippur did not have the power to cleanse their sinful hearts. That very year Jesus started His ministry, the very year that the blood of bulls and goats was no longer accepted as a sacrifice for the atonement of sin!

Prophetic Significance

The Second Coming or Judgment?

The entire ten days from the first day of the Feast of Trumpets through the Day of Atonement are known as Days of Repentance or Days of Awe. These days are possibly a picture of the Rapture (Feast of Trumpets), the Tribulation (days in between), and the second coming (Day of Atonement). Another theory claims these are a picture of the Second Coming (Feast of Trumpets), the Judgment (Day of Atonement). Second Coming?

Our Messiah made two promises before He returned to our Father. He would send the Comforter (Pentecost) and He would come again. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also (John 14:3). The Day of Atonement just may be the day of the Second Coming when Jesus will physically return to earth! The Bible clearly states Jesus will return immediately after the great tribulation. But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory (Mark 13:24-26).

Day of Judgment?

The apostle Peter wrote about this awesome day of judgment. He declared, “But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming.”

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness (2 Peter 3:10-13).

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world (Matt. 25:31-34).

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad (2 Cor. 5:10).

In the coming judgment, there is forgiveness and mercy and grace to those who have already received Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Who gave His life as a ransom for us! Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God (Rom. 5:1-2).

Israel Since Messiah's Rejection - A Desolation

A reflection as the Day of Atonement begins.

Since the REJECTION of Israel's Messiah (Isa. 53, Dan. 9:22-27). the godless gentiles of the world have been absolutely brutal to the "Apple of Almighty G-d's eye" climaxing with the Jewish Holocaust under the murderous Nazis. Almighty G-d's chastising hand has been clearly seen but Israel has refused to return to their KING and have misread Almighty G-d's chastisement (Lev. 26, Deut. 28-40). Tragically since 70 A. D Almighty G-d has given them over to their own desires, works and thinking and they have reaped the horrific whirlwind ever since (Lev. 26, 2 Chron. 7:12-22). One of the scattered children of Israel's most fearsome aggressors and adversaries has not been Islam, but apostate Christendom, who they themselves are godless and have rejected the sound biblical teachings of the Jewish Tanakh (Bible) and those of her Messiah. They have exceeded all of the wickedness of Israel's enemies and in the end Almighty G-d has and will judge them for their dealings with the apple of His eye (Gen 12:3). Even when out of the will of Almighty G-d, G-d's protective eye is on His people and has preserved her from total annihilation (Isa. 54:10, Jer.30:11 46:28, Ezek. 11:16, Amos 9:8). But of a truth, the scattered Jew has NO better friend IN the world then those who are the TRUE believers in Israel's Messiah and Lord, Yeshua Ha'Mashiach and they know it (Gen. 12:3, Psalm 110:1, Isa. 53).

One of the scattered Jewish people's most fearsome aggressors has not been Islam, but apostate Christendom - who they themselves are godless and have rejected the sound biblical teachings of the Jewish Tanakh (Bible) and those of her Messiah.

Sadly today the sons of Abraham are willingly OBLIVIOUS to the promises made to Abraham and the world by Almighty G-d about the very One who would come in his line, his SEED (single)? G-d's promise to the whole world is found in Abraham , "In your SEED shall ALL nations be blessed" (Gen. 18:18, 22:18, 26:4, 28:14, Gal. 3:6-14)! That SEED is referring to the Lamb of G-d that TAKES AWAY the transgressions of the ENTIRE world (Isa. 9:6-7, 53, Dan. 9:26, Micah 5:2, Gal. 3:6-14). The Messiah of Israel IS Almighty G-d the Son (Ps. 110:1, Prov. 30:4, Isa. 9:6-7, Mic. 5:2), the Lamb of G-d (Isa. 53, Dan. 9:26) and the RIGHTEOUS Branch of Almighty G-d (Jer. 23:5; 33:1)! Tragically today the sons of Israel have taken on the mantle of the gentile gods of relativism, traditionalism, fatalism, secularism, materialism, liberalism and atheism.

The Messiah of Israel IS Almighty G-d the Son, the Lamb of G-d and the RIGHTEOUS Branch of Almighty G-d!

Sadly the children of Abraham have been unbelievers and rejecters of Almighty G-d, the Torah and Pentitude and the RIGHTEOUS absolutes of Almighty G-d since day one as the Torah FULLY testifie. Their oppressed past has been a perpetual witness continual against them throughout the last 26 centuries (Ex. 32:9, Lev. 26, Deut. 9:6,-7; 31:27, Ezek. 39:22-27). In a lot of ways the nation of Israel has been no different then the gentile nations born of Babel (Gen. 11) and as a matter of fact according to Almighty G-d's Word, they at times have been far worse (2 Chron. 33:9, Ezek. 5:7). If ONLY the sons of Abraham fully comprehended Israel’s HOLY calling as Scripture dictates and had not put aside His Holy Word for vain traditions, fables and vain mitzvahs that can NEVER deliver a man's soul from his violations of the HOLY and PERFECT Law of Almighty G-d. Tragically - as the Holy Scripture teaches there has ONLY ever been but a remnant in Israel that has truly EVER possessed a heart for the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Moses and David (Isa 1:9, 10:21-22, Jeremiah 23:3, 42:2, Micah 2:12, 7:18). Well did Isaiah say.

“Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?” (Isaiah 53:1)

“And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed." (Isa. 6:9-10)

"For though your people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness." (Isa. 10:22)

My beloved Jewish friend, may I ask you these very personal questions?

Where is YOUR atonement for your transgressions against the Holy Law of Almighty G-d (Lev. 17:11, Isa. 53)?

Where is YOUR sin-offering for your cleansing of transgressions against the Holy Law of Almighty G-d (Lev. 4, 17:11, Isa. 53)?

Where is YOUR lamb to offer in your place for your transgressions (Lev. 17:11, Isa. 53)?

Where is YOUR propitiation that FULLY satisfies the PERFECT RIGHTEOUS DEMANDS OF THE HOLY LAW OF G-D (Isa. 53:10-11, Zech. 12:8-14)?

Have you PERFECTLY kept the LAW of Moses with your whole HEART, SOUL and MIND (Deut. 6:5)?

My dear Jewish friend, ALL (Jew and Gentile) crucially need Almighty God's FULL SATISFYING propitiation which all the lambs of sacrifice pointed to but could NEVER take away (Ps. 40:6-8, Isa. 40:16). ETERNAL redemption is ONLY found in the PERFECT life, death and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel, the Branch of RIGHTEOUSNESS (Psalm 110:1, Isa 9:6-7, 53, Jer. 33:15, Zech. 12:10). The Messiah was born of the seed of woman and of the line of Abraham (Gen. 3:15, 12:3, Isa. 7:14, 9:6-7, Micah 5:2). He laid down His life and shed His Blood for the transgressions of the world and was rejected by both Jew and Gentile (Isa. 53:1-10, Dan. 9:26, Zech. 12:10). He was buried (Ps. 16:10, Isa 53:9) and triumphantly AROSE from the dead for our justification and now sits at the RIGHT HAND of ALMIGHTY G-D in Heaven (Psalm 16:10,110:1, Isa. 52:13, 53:12, 9:6-7). He will come again to redeem Israel and will establish His Kingdom from Israel (Psalm 110:1, Isa. 11:1-10, Dan. 2:44-45, 7:13-14, Micah 4:1-4, Zech. 12-14).

ETERNAL redemption is ONLY found in the PERFECT life, death and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel, the Branch of RIGHTEOUSNESS.

It is our sincere desire that you would come to know the Messiah of Israel and let the Word of the Lord open your eyes and heart to the realities of time and ETERNITY. Tragically Israel's WORST DAYS are not very far away and tragically they will NOT listen to Moses and Elijah who Almighty God will send to them in that Day (Mal. 4, Rev. 11:3-12). After a great and decisive victory over Israel's border enemies Israel will achieve a temporal peace and will become very prosperous (Ezek. 38:8). It will be at this time that Israel will enter into a treaty with a man on behalf of their defeated enemies for seven years (Dan. 9:27, Rev. 6:1-2). In the middle of that treaty - as the world is undergoing great war, pestilence and famine (Rev. 6-9) - this man will break His covenant with Israel (Dan. 7, Rev. 11:7, 13) and he will lead the world to FULLY seek to eradicate Israel from being a people (Deut. 4:30, Dan. 12, Jer. 30:4-7, Zech. 13:8-9, Rev. 12). It will take this GREAT TRIBULATION AND THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON that will case Israel to FINALLY cry out to the LORD as He returns from Heaven's glory and they will greatly repent and be mightily converted (Isa. 63:1-4, 66:7-9, Zech. 12:1-4, :8-14, 13:1-2,6, 14:1-4, Rev. 1:7, 19:11-21).

It will FINALLY take this GREAT TRIBULATION AND THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON that Israel will FINALLY cry out to the Lord as He returns from Heaven's glory and the will greatly repent and be mightily converted.

We are not far away from these days. My dear Jewish friend may you have an ear to hear today The Gospel call of the Messiah of Israel. May you by faith ask Almighty G-d to reveal to you through His Holy Word the Messiah of Israel and may you receive Him as your Lord and Savior (Ps.110:1, Isa. 53).

Beloved, the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
