ALL Are Summoned To The Cross of Christ

My friend, do you know the Savior of the world, the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior? He alone can deliver you from the devastating consequences of man and from the wrath to come on this ungodly world (Rev. 6-19). Almighty God sent His Son to rescue ALL who call upon Him for salvation and deliverance (Gal. 1:4, 1 Thess 1:10, Rev. 1:5). No one is excluded. All are summoned; all are called to the cross to repent of their transgression and sins against Almighty God and be saved (John 3:16-17, Acts 17:30,1 Tim. 2:3-4).

All are summoned; all are called to the cross to repent of their transgression and sins against Almighty God and be saved.

God so loved you that He sent His Son to die in your place so that you can live FOREVER with Him and enjoy Him for FOREVER (John 3:16-17)! My friend, I do not know how to say anything more wonderful than that!! Won’t you place your trust in God through the Lord Jesus Christ today? My friend, you will NEVER be the same!

The Kingdom of Heaven is truly at Hand!

Mathew 22 1-14, K.J.V, ive read it over and over. Jesus is talking about the kingdom of Heaven. Why do you think in verse 14 Jesus says [ Many ] are called but few are chosen. Are we not all called? i have the only simple answer just wanted your wisdom on this matter.

Are you reform in your thinking? If you are then you will not understand this text.

Matt.22:14 is for a specific time and for a specific people (the Jews) before the Lord's return in the great tribulation (Jer. 30:1-7, Matt 24, Rev. 6,10-17.

That is the context of that verse and that is how we should read it. Much like those who were called in Gideon day.. few where chosen (Judges 7:1-7).

Whosoevers and all refer to everyone from Adam to the end of the Kingdom age. Salvation is for all to choose (Isa. 55:1-4, John 1:12, 3:16-17, Acts 16:28-30).

One last entry. I may not understand the [Parable], NOT [text]. But at least i would expect a simple answer not a possible assumption of where my mind has been directed. And the answer of all the verses you gave and i read are all over the map. i will seek instruction somewere else. Until then i will follow the quiet voice of Jesus Christ.,,swm

My friend, no need to be so offended.. All I asked was a question since many who are Reformed in their theology use this verse. Do you know what Reform Theology is? The way you ended your reply and placed no name to it sounded like you were being a wise guy as many who hold onto the Reform position do. Emails and replys are hard to judge where one is coming from as you have misunderstand me.

When I asked if you were reformed that was all I was asking. You are free to ask all the question you would like and we will try to answer it.

What was your answer?

So i placed no name as you request on your site, fualt me for that?. Never answer a question with a question. im a simple man with a simple question. And to assume as you did im a wise guy makes your response worse, never assume. and my answer is not to answer, as this is not important for Gods will in my life, and my walk with Jesus. And you have offended me as to your responses, at most your last. You need to become a fool like i have to become wise again. You have changed ,, swm

SWM, my fiend just let the whole thing go it was one big misunderstanding between you and me.

Glad that you have the answer.. but want to “hear” our "wisdom" (1 Cor. 1:29-31.

This is an awesome passage but mostly misunderstood by many today (not say you). The key is to see the Holy Scriptures with a dispensation perspective.

The Church was not yet founded and still a mystery up to this point in our Lord's ministry. Israel was the Lord’s focus before the cross and after the Church age (Acts Rom. 9-11) in the future which this text is pointing to (Rev. 6-19).

This Parable is for “after” the Rapture of the Church and speaks of the time of the seven year tribulation period or Jacob’s trouble (last 3 ½ years) – Jer. 30:1-8, Dan 9:26-27.

This parable is for Israel, the Jews and gentiles (Rev. 7:9-10) alone in that day. The Lord was giving them an insight into what would be before for they understood His crucifixion, resurrection ascension to the Right hand of Almighty God (Psalm 110:1) and the founding of the Church His body and called out assembly (Acts 1).

A biblical absolute and constant is that Whosoever’s and the world are “called - invited” to repentance and salvation which is a free gift of Almighty God TO and FOR ALL who believe and receive (Isa. 55:1-4, John 1:12, 3:16-17, Acts 16:28-30, Eph. 2:8-9). So.. ALL are called (invited) not just a small group “elected.

Now.. to the question at hand… Messiah is talking about His return after Armageddon to Israel (Zech 14:3-4, Rev. 19:11-21). For the first 3 ½ years of the 7 year tribulation the two witnesses (aka. Moses and Elijah (Rev. 11:3-13) preach the gospel and repentance to the Jew first which the majority of the nation rejected (Ezek. 39:26, Matt. Rev. 11:8). The second half of the 7 year tribulation (great Tribulation) Israel is dispersed and the Anti Christ reigns (Matt. 24:15-19, Rev. 12:6, 13-17). The majority of the Jews at this time reject Messiah’s return message (Matt. 22: ), the message by the 2 witnesses (Rev. 11:2-13, and the 144,000 (Rev. 7,14) who go out into the highways to the gentiles and invite ALL to the feast (wedding supper of the Lamb) which starts the Kingdom age.

Many hear this message in that day but few react to it.

Thanks

David

leaving the fog to disperse in our exchange, this answer is what was needed and critical on this matter and had nothing to do with you and me at all. The exact definition was necessary. Not for me but to be [left] . Since your begining i have looked and commented and the creature lost again. i have found it still unusual that only you know the extent of Satan as i as to many years to count to this moment it dogs me and its what i have encounterd not read i have learned. i can acually smell its presence at times. But i thank God through Jesus that my suffering is my glory and seek more suffering that he will do more in what little time we all have. Thanks for the answer..and to who reads this Truth. ,,swm
